BSW-9717 - Automatic Consumption Suggestions

🎯 Objective

  • Automatically suggest material consumptions based on:

    • The bill of materials for each co-product or main product

    • The quantities effectively produced for each co-product

📍 Scope

  • Applies to Production Orders with one or more co-products

  • Considers production versions defined per item

⚙️ Operating rules

  1. Prerequisites

    • All co-products in the Production Order must have a production version filled in

  2. Suggestion criteria

    • Consumptions are only suggested by version if consumptions are defined in the bill of materials

    • The suggestion is calculated per co-product according to the quantity produced for that co-product

  3. Generation of consumption picking documents

    • When launching consumptions, the system validates whether all products have a production version

    • If valid:

      • Creates a picking document per co-product with the individual bill of materials and the respective quantities suggested proportionally to the quantity produced

      • Creates an aggregated bill of materials for the Production Order with the total consumption suggestion resulting from the sum of the suggestions for each co-product

    • Note: the sum is calculated from the individual sum of each co-product produced, not from the total PO quantity

🧭 Summary flow

  1. Confirm production quantities per co-product

  2. Validate production versions for all co-products

  3. Launch consumptions

  4. The system generates suggestions per co-product and picking document(s)

  5. The system also presents the aggregated suggestion at PO level

🧮 Suggested quantity calculation

  • For each co-product i and each component j in its bill of materials:

    • Suggested quantity j = Quantity per unit in bill of materials j × Quantity produced for co-product i

  • Total suggestion for component j in the PO = Σ suggestions j from all co-products

🚧 Exceptions and behavior

  • If at least one co-product has no production version:

    • The system keeps the previous behavior

    • It suggests based on the PO bill of materials and the total produced PO quantity

✅ Validations and warnings

  • Blocks the consumption suggestion when production versions are missing

  • Informs which items are missing and the expected impact on the suggested quantities

📝 Final notes

  • The objective is to eliminate frequent manual calculations and increase confidence in automatic consumptions

BSW-7547 - Support for Single Sign-On - Google

🎯 Objective

  • Enables authentication via Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google accounts. This feature significantly improves security and convenience when accessing the platform by allowing users to authenticate with their corporate Google credentials.

  • Eliminates the need to manage additional passwords, reducing security risks and making access management easier for IT teams.

BSW-6647 - Recurring Quality Controls

🎯 Objective

  • Allows quality controls to be defined with recurrence, lists pending controls, and starts registration directly from that list, ensuring timely execution and traceability.

  • Includes an informative header with recurrence type and relevant dates, as well as linking the registration to the source recurrence, improving visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.

BSW-9781 - Stock Transfer Integration

🎯 Objective

  • Allows Stock Transfers to be sent to an external ERP system to ensure that all movements are mirrored across the various systems (MES, ERP, etc.).

BSW-9941 - SSCC Control

🎯 Objective

  • SSCC control now verifies the configuration of the material and the movement type in which the SSCC is moved.

    • Example: There may be materials where SSCC is mandatory in purchase movements, but not mandatory in production movements

🎯 Bug Corrections

🌐 Web Application

Manufacturing

  • BSW-9969 - Whenever it exists, use the production batch according to the batch created for the order;

  • When a co-product that is not in the order’s product list is produced, it is added to the list (required for automatic consumption suggestions);
