Capture supporting evidence and observations while creating quality controls, keeping the information needed to review findings together with the quality record. Improvements include:
Add and review attachments: A new attachment dialog lets users add files during quality control creation, while a dedicated button on the details page makes attachments easy to access for follow-up reviews and audits.
Clearer observations: A dedicated observation dialog and an improved observations list help teams record and review the context behind quality findings.
Better-organized forms: Questions are grouped by category when filling in quality controls on the web, helping users navigate the form and complete checks more easily.
Together, these changes help teams maintain clearer quality records and spend less time searching for supporting information.
Improved product master data management
New validations and smarter defaults help teams maintain consistent product data, reducing configuration errors and operational rework. Examples include:
Safer batch configuration: Batch management cannot be enabled for tare products or products marked as packages. Product class is required only when batch management is enabled.
Consistent units of measure: Changing a product’s unit of measure updates the associated product EAN unit, and the conversion for the unit of measure is added automatically.
Duplicate prevention: Checks prevent duplicate organization or center assignments, as well as repeated links between the same product and product state level or production line.
