Contacts in BrandKeep are brand centric people that you interact with. These are people at the brands with roles such as sales reps, sales managers, marketing, credit managers, etc. Assigning roles to your contacts in BrandKeep allows your team to quickly filter to the contacts most relevant to them.

Note: Contacts do not have access to your BrandKeep site.

When creating a contact you have the option to type in and assign them any role. For example you can call them "sales reps", "reps", "sales", or whatever you want.
