KeepMail gives your store a unique email address that allows files attached to an email to be sent directly into BrandKeep. Once you have enabled your KeepMail address in BrandKeep, send any email with an attachment to that address and BrandKeep will place the attached asset(s) into the primary asset dashboard. If an email comes from a contact associated with a Brand Card, that asset(s) will be assigned to that Brand Card.
Please note :
BrandKeep will automatically take any files that are 25 MB or less.
Only attachments will be added to BrandKeep. The email’s subject line and text in the body will not be added to BrandKeep.
Below is an example workflow of sending an XLS file attachment from an email, navigating to that file in BrandKeep, and then adding the brand, workspace, and category to the file asset.
