BrandKeep users that have Owner permissions can enable KeepMail for your store.
To turn on KeepMail, navigate to the My Store dashboard. Here you can see if KeepMail is currently enabled or not. If not yet enabled, click on the Edit Store Info button and toggle the switch next to KeepMail to enable the service.
BrandKeep auto-populates a suggested KeepMail address based on your store name. To change your KeepMail email address, type in what you would like the email address to be. If another store already is using that email address you will receive a notification that this email is already in use and you will need to choose a different KeepMail address.
Only users with the Owner permission can enable KeepMail.
