Resetting a User's Password

Your team can reset their password from the login screen as usual. But, the store owner role can also send a password reset email to any user.

To do this, navigate to the My Store dashboard.

Locate the store user that you would like to send the reset password email to and click on the three dots action menu. Select Reset Password from the options. You’ll see a notification that a reset password email has been sent.

The email your team member receives contains a link allowing them to reset their password.
