In BrandKeep you can export all brand information, assets, and contact data for all of your brands. There are a couple of different methods to accomplish this.
Export all brand card information into one .csv file
To export all brand information into one .csv file, click on the action menu on the +Brand Card button (1) and select Export brand cards (2). A .csv file will download to you computer containing the brand information for all of your brands.
Exporting assets
Export all assets for one brand
To export the assets for only one brand, navigate to the brand card and click on the Brand Assets tab. Next, click on the multi-select option to select all assets. Click on the actions menu and choose download. This will download a .zip file to your computer containing all of the brand's assets.
Exporting all assets for all brands
To export all assets across all of your brands in BrandKeep, navigate to the Assets dashboard. Next, click on the multi-select option to select all assets. Click on the actions menu and choose download. This will download a .zip file to your computer containing all assets for all of your brands.
Export all contact information into one .csv file
To export all of your contact's information into one .csv file, first navigate to the Contacts dashboard. On the +Contact button click on the action menu (1) and select Export Contacts (2). A .csv file will download to you computer containing all of your contacts in BrandKeep.
