Hey Breakcolders 😎

Today, we're releasing Breakcold's analytics! It's in Beta but it's already a very mature version that we'll improve rapidly.

⚠️ It's normal that some data are not displayed before September 2024 because we only started to store those data since September/October. Because of that, some analytics blocks will not be perfectly accurate for these 2 months but you'll have 0 problems for the months after that ⚠️

1Β°) CRM Analytics (how it works)

By default, you're on a template if you're a solopreneur or a team.

However, you can edit easily the template we give you by reorganizing the blocks.

You also don't have to be a CRM Expert or CRM integrator to configure your dashboard. Adding and removing analytics blocks is a child's play.

2Β°) Analytics Categories

In total you have more than 23 analytics blocks to use (and more in the future).

Each block is categorized in a specific category:

  • Pipeline

  • Communication

  • Social

3Β°) Pipeline Stats

This is what you have available in that category (for now):

  • Pipeline Activity => Special block with multiple insights

  • Pipeline vs Closed => Special block with multiple insights

  • Created Leads

  • Average Value per deal Won

  • Deal Lost Value

  • Deal Closed Value

  • Pipeline Generated

  • Deals Created

  • Deals Won

  • Deals Lost

4Β°) Communications

This is what you have available in that category (for now):

  • Connection Strength (auto lead scoring) => Special block with multiple insights

  • Sales Activity by Team Member => Special block with multiple insights

  • Sales Overview by Team Member => Special block with multiple insights

  • Conversations Started

  • Conversations

  • Received Emails

  • Sent Emails

5Β°) Social Component

This is what you have available in that category (for now):

  • Sent LinkedIn messages

  • Received LinkedIn messages

  • Liked Posts

  • Commented Posts

  • Liked and Commented Posts

  • Social Interactions (total of likes/comments/messages)

6Β°) Filters

The analytics can be filtered by date, leads lists, tags, sales pipeline status & more.

The cool thing about the filter by date is that it will compare your data to the previous period (eg. you select today, it will compare it to yesterday).

When you hoover the analytics, you'll also have more insights compare to the previous period.

7Β°) What's next?

  • Fixing of the minor bugs we spotted on the analytics and improvements based on your feedback.

  • Improvements of the task system to save more time on task creation AND task execution.

  • New custom field system, more robust with 30+ options (dates, multiple selector, etc).
