Why are minor issues on campaigns are not fixable rapidly?
As Breakcold grew as a sales CRM, it got harder and harder to maintain campaigns as it's a whole software in itself.
Because of our focus on being a very good sales CRM, campaigns always came second in our development priority but we now need to update them. For that, we need to modify many things in Breakcold's infrastructure and it will take many months.
As a result, it's not possible to fix minor issues on campaigns in the meantime.
When do you think the campaigns will be back to full power?
Campaigns should be back to full power in September, when we'll release our first version of 'Workflows'
What is your plan for the future of the campaign feature?
Breakcold is a sales CRM, not a cold emailing software.
Our campaign feature has always been destined for warm emailing but it can't be used perfectly for that purpose at the moment. Our plan is to transform the campaign section into a workflow section to allow you to build automations that go beyond simply email automation but also sales pipeline automation.
As a result, the campaigns will disappear and merge with this new system.
