How does the Integration work?
Onboarding - The integration syncs key employee data directly to Pleo, saving time and effort. No need to create profiles manually, meaning no data entry errors.
Offboarding – When employees leave and are removed from Breathe, they're deactivated in Pleo, with cards frozen, enhancing security and compliance.
How to link Breathe with Pleo
To link to Pleo you must have Admin user permissions in your Breathe account.
In Breathe
Navigate to your settings Configure > Settings > Integrations
Select the API Setup menu option
If your API is not already enabled press the green Enable API button
Once enabled, copy the long API Production* Key
*Please make sure that the value that you copied is the production API key and not the sandbox production key
In Pleo
Navigate to Settings
Click Apps and change to the People Management tab
Select Breathe HR
Click Connect
Follow the prompts
Paste the key into the connection flow "Your API Key" field, and then click on "Set up integration"...
