The number of HR users you are allowed is dependent on your plan size.
Micro Plan = 1 HR user
Starter Plan = 2 HR users
Regular Plan = 3 HR users
Pro Plan = 5 HR users
Premium and above = Unlimited HR users
When you set up an account the Admin user permission will automatically be assigned as one of your HR users. Please note that this HR permission cannot be separated from the Admin permission.
To check which plan you are assigned to your Admin user can head to the menu options...
Configure > Plan and Billing.
We offer the option to add up to 3 additional HR users to your plan. Check our pricing here.
This can be done by your Admin user by heading to Configure > Plan and Billing > Change plan.
