If you want to get rid of all the information under holiday, other leave, expenses or time logs on an employee, volunteer or contractors profile then purging this data will delete all of it in one go.
To begin with, we would always recommend the easier route of just countering the adjustment with a + or - figure but if you just want to start a fresh then keep reading!
So what does 'purge' mean?
Purging data allows you to permanently delete data from an area within a profile.
Please note that once data is purged it's not recoverable.

*if you are a client of a Breathe Partner, please note your Partner contact will be your admin.
Step 1 - Take a screen shot/make a note of the requested/booked/taken holiday and adjustments as these will need to be added back in.
Click into their profile > Leave tab
Step 2 - Purge the desired data
People > Data > Purge people data
Can't see the purge screen? This may be because you are not the Admin user, only the Admin user can purge employee data
Step 3 - Select the individual and the area of data you wish to delete
Breathe will ask you if you are sure you wish to proceed, since this process will permanently delete this data and we can not get this back for you.
Please note that this has to be done for each person, you cannot do this in bulk.
