How to submit ideas & vote on what's important to you in Breathe

Introducing the brand-new Customer Portal

As a customer, we understand how important it is for you to be listened to and for you to have a voice to help steer the direction of the Breathe product.

This is why we're super excited to have the Breathe Customer portal live. We want to hear from you and work with you to ensure that our software helps your businesses and your people grow.

Admin and HR users are able to access The Breathe Customer Portal directly from your account via the Help Menu option.

Our Customer Portal is a place where you can...

  • Submit ideas for new features you would like to see us develop

  • Vote on Existing ideas and have your say on what's important to you

  • Explore what we're currently working on and have recently released to Breathe

How do I submit my own ideas for Breathe's product?

Click on the 'Submit idea' icon at the top-right of the main Portal screen:

Here, you can let us know what features you would like to see us add to Breathe and supply us with further details on how this addition would help you and your team.

You are then able to vote how important this is to you from Not Important, Nice-to-have, Important or Critical

You will be asked to submit your email address when submitting an idea and although we will not be able to reply individually to every idea and suggestion submitted, we will sometimes contact you to ask you to take part in user interviews and feedback sessions facilitated by our Product team.

Please note that, due to our large customer base, we're unable to respond to every idea that is submitted.

How do I vote on existing ideas & have my say on how important these are to my business?

Each card on the 'ideas' board (pictured below) has been selected from our product backlog based on how many times they've been mentioned within our NPS surveys and customer feedback.

They are displayed and grouped together by area and additional module: HR, Mobile App, Rota, Time & Attendance, Learn, Recruitment and Integrations.

When you click on a card, you'll have the opportunity to rate how important the idea is to your business, and to tell us a bit more about why. This will automatically count as a vote and will contribute useful insights towards that particular idea.

You'll be asked to submit your email address when voting or submitting an idea. This will only be used to contact you if we'd like more information around the idea you've submitted, and to provide you with any updates if your idea has progressed.

Please note that, due to our large customer base, we won't be able to reply individually to every idea submitted.

How do I explore what the Breathe team is planning, currently working on and has recently released?

We also have 'In Progress', "Planned" and 'Released' areas within the Portal. Here, you can keep up to date with what the team are currently planning, working on and all the exciting new features that have been released recently.

You can also vote on any 'In progress' and ' in the same manner in which you can vote on new ideas. This provides our product team with valuable feedback to what is important to our customers.

We hope you enjoy voting on and submitting your own ideas for our product - you'll be playing a big part in helping us continually improve Breathe and helping us make it the best solution for SMEs.
