Important Points Regarding Refunds:
No Refunds Once Shipped: Due to the nature of compounded medications and in compliance with pharmacy laws, medications prepared and dispensed are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed. If you have concerns about your medication or believe there has been an error in dispensing, please get in touch with the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery of the medication. π«
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please triple-check that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order! Refunds are not provided for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect shipping address. π
Eligibility & Process for Cancellations:
If you complete a telehealth visit and a prescription order has been submitted, but you decide to cancel the order, Brello will issue a refund of the total amount paid, minus a $50 service fee.
To be eligible for this refund, you must provide Brello written notice via email at info@brellohealth.com on the same day as your telehealth visit. π§
Replacement Policy (for Lost or Discrepant Shipments)
Your wellness and satisfaction are our top priorities! If your medication encounters an issue during transit, we are here to help.
If your medication is lost in transit (meaning it's not marked as delivered by the carrier), we are happy to work with the qualified pharmacy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. β¨
In instances where you report non-receipt of medication, yet our records confirm delivery, Brello may re-ship medications on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification.
