    ​Please be advised that while we can attempt to process your HSA or FSA card, we cannot guarantee coverage. The healthcare provider can provide a summary of the service document if requested.

  5. Give our terms and conditions a quick read and accept them, then hit that "Submit Your Order" button to send your order on its way! πŸŽ‰

    After accepting the terms and clicking "Submit Your Order," you’ll be directed to the intake form πŸ“‹. This is where you'll enter all your information for the provider to review. Please ensure all details are accurate so the providers can properly review your information. They will determine if this treatment option is appropriate for you.

  6. Log in to your Patient Dashboard and see the status of your order. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be reviewed by a healthcare provider to determine if this plan is appropriate for you.

If you are not approved, you will receive a refund.
