This article will walk you through two unique workflows for individualized edits to group-assigned programs. These programs can be assigned in a Calendar layout or a Playlist format. You can click on this article to learn more about the two types of program assignments.

Making edits to a group-assigned Calendar program

Go to the athlete page. Click the three dots to the right of the calendar.

Click "edit program"

Click "Individual" to confirm that you would like to clone and make individual edits to the athlete's program.

You will be prompted to confirm the changes or edit the name if the program. By default, the program name will be cloned and the athlete's first and last name will be added to the end of the program.

Success! The athlete is now assigned to an individual program. You will be redirected to the program builder to continue making individualized edits. Click "deliver to athletes" when you're done working on the program and the edits will update on the athlete's app.

Making edits to a group-assigned playlist program

The workflow for making edits to a playlist program will differ slightly. You can edit the selected program from the athlete's page. However, a clone will need to be made and an additional step to assign the program will need to be made.

Option 1: Athlete Page

Click on the three dots to select 'Edit Program'. This will lead you to the the program overview page.

From the Overview page, you will need to make a clone of the program. After making a clone, you can edit the name to make it unique to that individual athlete.

Suggestion: Keep the master program name and add the athlete's name to the end. You can also add program tags to keep things more organized.

Next, you will go through the assignment flow to remove and reassign the program to the individual athlete. In this example, I am toggling the main program to Replace/Complete so they are no longer assigned to the Mobility and Recovery group-assigned program. This will save the step of removing the athlete from the original program after it is assigned!

Your athlete is now assigned to their own cloned version of the playlist program!
