EXOS Template Blocks

Using EXOS Template Blocks can help save you time building your training plans. Review this tutorial to learn how.

Video Overview:

To add template blocks first select a program from your library and open it to the builder. Once you're here follow these steps: 

1. Choose a workout to add a template block to

2. Click "Add Block" at the bottom of the workout day

 3. On the drop-down menu select "Template Block"

4. This will open the Block Search Module
5. Select "EXOS" 

6. Scroll through the template blocks or search keywords 

7. Select "Preview" to take a look at what exercises are included in the block. Then click "Insert" to add the block to your workout day. If you want to keep looking, click the back arrow in the top right corner

8. The block will be added to the bottom of your workout and expand to display the exercises

9. You can make any adjustments to the template block now that it is in your builder. These changes will not affect the template block, they will only be made to this specific block

10. To re-arrange the block order, click on "-" in the dark grey section at the top of the block. This will close the block so you can easily drag and drop the block to a new spot
