EXOS Template Blocks

Using EXOS Template Blocks can help save you time building your training plans. Review this tutorial to learn how.

Video Overview:

To add template blocks first select a program from your library and open to the  builder. Once you're here follow these steps: 

  1. Choose a workout day to add a block 

  2. Click "Add Block" at the bottom of the workout day

3. On the drop-down menu select "Template Block"

4. The Block Search Module will open

5. Select "EXOS" 


6. Scroll through the template blocks or search keywords 


7.  Click "Insert" to add the block to your workout day. Select preview to take a look at what exercises are included in the block before inserting. If you want to keep looking, click the back arrow in the top left corner


8. The block will insert at the bottom of your workout. The block will be expanded to display the exercises included 

9. You can make any adjustments to the template block now that it is in your builder. These changes will not affect the template block, they will only be made to this specific block

10. Rearrange block order:  Click the minus sign in the top right corner of the block, next to the block name. This will close the block. Click on the block title to drag and drop the block to a new spot
