Template programs give you access to pre-built, expert-designed training plans that you can quickly assign to your athletes. BridgeAthletic offers over 300 customizable templates including full programs, phases, blocks, and individual workouts from EXOS, Hyperice, and FMS. This access allows you to deliver quality programming in minutes!
Accessing Template Programs
To begin assigning a template program to your athletes, follow these steps:
Click into the Training Library from the Homepage
Browse the available template programs using the filters on the left side of the screen
Select the template program you want to use
Bridge Tip: When you click on a template program, it automatically creates a copy of the program for you to customize. Any edits you make won't affect the original template.
Assigning the Program to Your Athletes
Once you've selected your template program and are ready to assign it, follow these steps:
Click Assign Training in the program overview
βSelect the team or teams you want to assign the program to
Select the individual athletes from those teams
Choose your delivery method:
- Playlist: Athletes complete workouts in order regardless of date- Calendar: Workouts are assigned to specific dates
Click Continue to complete the assignment workflow
Bridge Tip: You can make edits to the program before or after assigning it. Click into any phase or workout day in the builder to customize exercises, sets, reps, or progressions for your athletes' specific needs.
