A Template Workout is a workout day you have designed for a program that you would like to save as a draft to be used again for other programs. Think of a template workout as a master draft, whereby you can add a copy of that draft into any of your programs.
To create a template workout, hover over the day you'd like to template and click the three vertical dots to the right
Select 'Save as Template' and name the template.
To add a template workout to your program, simply click 'Add Day' in the top right corner of the builder and choose 'Template Workout'
Choose the name of the workout you're looking for and click insert. You can also select Preview to view the workout before adding it to your program.
You'll find this template workout placed as the last day of the week. Move the workout to any day in your schedule by simply dragging and dropping.
Proceed to edit that workout just as you would a newly created workout- knowing it will not affect the master (template) workout.
