A Template Workout is a reusable workout day saved in your Library. Think of it as a master version: you can clone it into any program without altering the original.
Create a Template Workout
Open your program in the Builder on the web.
Hover over the workout day you want to save.
Click the ⋮ menu on the right.
Select Save as Template, give it a descriptive name, then click Save.
Insert the Template into a Program
In the Builder, click Add Day (top-right of week view).
Choose Template Workout from the dropdown.
In the search module:
Type to search your templates or browse My Templates.
Click Preview to review details.
Click Insert to add it to your program.
Once inserted, the workouts can be moved by dragging and dropping and editing as needed.
Pro Tips
Name your templates clearly
Tag with intention. Tags can greatly improve how quickly you can locate the appropriate templates. Example tags include: Strength, Mobility, Endurance, etc.
Preview before inserting. This ensures you're picking the correct workout before inserting.
Templates can be used in Programs, Phases, or Blocks – all managed under Library.
