Coaches and trainers spend an average of 88 minutes creating just six weeks of training. The Bridge+EXOS Training Engine is designed to significantly reduce that time while enhancing the customization of programs for your athletes.

How does the Bridge+EXOS Engine work?

Step 1: Input Your Training Parameters

Fill out several questions about training schedule, theme (rep ranges), workout duration and equipment and we will build a phase specific to your athletes, based on the EXOS methodology.

Example of some inputs:

  • Training Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

  • Theme (Foundation, General Prep, Hypertrophy, Metabolic Conditioning, Max Strength)

  • Equipment Profile

  • Workout Duration (30min, 50min, 60min, 75min)

  • Interval-Based Conditioning Levels

Step 2: Review and Customize

You'll be directed to the Bridge Builder to review the generated template. From there, you can make any adjustments needed to fine-tune it for your athlete population.

Step 3: Assign the Phase

Once you're satisfied with the customized phase, simply assign it to your athletes. It's that easy.

Getting Started: Adding a Phase with the Training Engine

1. Select a Program:
Navigate to the program you'd like to add a new phase to—this can be a brand-new, assigned, unassigned, or templated program.

2. Click “Add Phase”:
In the dropdown, select “Training Engine” to launch the customization flow.

3. Complete the Training Inputs:
Fill out the training level, goals, duration, frequency, equipment, and other relevant parameters.

4. Edit and Finalize:
Use the Builder to refine your training plan. Once it aligns with your vision, you're ready to assign it to your athletes.
