Become a master of the BridgeAthletic Library. Join us as we dive into the functionality for each tab in the library.

First and foremost, the program tab. This is where you will get most of your building done.

Programs:

Programs are like folders that hold all of your phases, workouts, blocks and exercises.  This is the only aspect of the library that can be assigned to your athlete.

In the programs tab, you'll find all your templates, assigned, unassigned and completed programs. Use the filters on the left side of the screen to expose/hide different categories of programs.

Note, as soon as you click on an EXOS template the program will copy itself and be marked as “unassigned”. Any edits you make to this program will not affect the original template program so you can continue to re-use the template

What you can do here:

Click into any program and you will be shown the phase overview page. Select a phase of the program to open the builder. Once you're done, assign the program to your athlete.

Don’t worry, you can always come back in and make changes as needed.

Want to build from scratch?

Build a new program from scratch by clicking  “New Program” in the bottom left corner. Once you create the program it will automatically save in the program tab for you to continue working on.

Phase/Workouts/Blocks:

In these three tabs, you can find both EXOS templates and templates that you create.

What you can do in these tabs:

These tabs are just for creating and previewing templates. Click on any template and open a preview.  Then when you’re in the builder you can then easily insert the phase/workout/block template into the program.

Add your own templates. Create your own template to use in your programs in these different tabs.  Here is how to do it.

Build your own template.

  1. Click “new” in the bottom left corner

  2. Write a name for the phase/workout/block and click save

  3. Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the screen

  4. This will open the builder

  5. Build out your template

  6. This template will then autosave

  7. The template is now ready to be added to a program

Pro Tip: Many of our pro coaches will carve out time before training has started to get their templates in order. Build out the foundation of what you will need so during the busy season so you can just plug & play when building.

Exercises:

This is where all the exercises can be found. There are both Bridge and EXOS exercises in our library based on your package. To find specific exercises, use the search bar or the tags located on the left side of the screen.

What you can do here:

Customize your exercise library.

  1. Add your own media to any of our existing exercises to brand them for your organization.

  2. Add descriptions. Change any description for our exercise to make it your own

  3. Add your own exercises. If you feel we're missing an exercise you can create your own. Just click "add new"

Pro Tip: Add your own tags to our exercises in the library. You can then sort the exercises when building to quickly find exactly what you are looking for.
