You can now template the sets that you often prescribe to reuse for any exercise. Or, use one of our pre-built, categorized set templates.  Now continuously rebuilding your loading parameters is a thing of the past. Let's dive in to how to do this.

Saving your sets as templates

Save any set that you have created as a template directly from the exercise module in the builder. Here are the steps to do this.

  1. Select your parameters and build out your sets as you typically would for an exercise

2.  Once it is complete, click "save as template" at the bottom of the exercise module

3. Name the set template so you can easily find it again

4. This set is now saved as a template for you to use again in the future

Using your saved set templates

Inputting your saved set templates into other exercises is quick and simple.

1. Open an exercise or add a new exercise to a block

2. Once the exercise module is open, click "Use Set Templates"

3. Hover over either "recently used" or "saved templates" to find your saved work

4. Click on the template to add it to your exercise

Just like the other templates on Bridge, once you have applied the set templates you are free to make any updates you need without changing your saved template.

Pre-built Set templates

Don't do the work if you don't need to. Our team has built out set templates for you to use in the following categories, conditioning, deload, hypertrophy, power and strength.

1. Open an exercise or add a new exercise to a block

2. Once the exercise module is open, click "Use Set Templates"

3. Browse through the categories and select one of the pre-made templates that fits your needs

4. Insert the set template and make any adjustments
