As a coach, it is important to be able to make edits and customize your programs as your athletes develop new skills. If you are planning to use it for another team or later in the training then follow these steps.

Be sure that you are editing a template that you have already copied or previously saved. Click the box below if you want to review the steps to create a "template." Please note, in Bridge, you won't be able to label programs as "templates" but in this article, we will go through how you can use programs as if they were templates.

Before assigning the program to your team you'll want to add the finishing touches. Working in the progression view is the easiest way to make sure that you're applying all of the changes throughout the program.

As an example, we are going to switch out the Bench Press- 1 Arm Dumbbell exercise throughout the entire phase. I am replacing the exercise with a Barbell Bench Press. Please note to select the "Apply To" drop-down option of your choice before selecting the exercise. I am choosing to switch the exercise across the entire phase on all days.

Be sure to adjust the sets, reps, and parameters as needed to accommodate your team and the exercise that you've swapped out.

In addition to switching exercises, you can also reorder days, blocks, and exercises by dragging them and dropping them.

If you want to make the edited template the new Master Template then you will need to change the title so it is easier to find when it comes time to assign or edit the program.
