The BridgeAthletic.com web platform allows you to view and manage your training program from any computer. While workout completion and data logging typically happen on your mobile device, the web experience provides tools for reviewing your schedule, communicating with your coach, and tracking your progress.
Bridge Tip: The BridgeAthletic mobile app provides the best training experience and was designed specifically for completing workouts. However, the web platform can be used for athletes who do not have access to a mobile device.
What You Can Do from the Web
View Today's Assignments - See your daily assignments and expectations in the Today module on the left side of your dashboard when you log in.
View Your Calendar - Access your complete workout schedule to preview upcoming sessions, review past workouts, and mark workouts as complete.
Message Your Coach - Click New Message in the Messages & Notes module to communicate directly with your coach about your training, ask questions, upload media, or report any concerns.
Access Activity Reports - See detailed results from workouts you've completed on your mobile device, including sets, reps, and weights logged.
Review Test History - View data from previous testing sessions to track your progress and set goals.
Print Workouts - Click Print Workout in the top right corner to download a PDF of your training program for offline use.
Manage Account Settings - Click your name in the top right corner and select Account Settings to update your password, email, or notification preferences.
