Easily update the prescription for exercises when making a switch, whether that switch is for one instance or across a whole program.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make these updates.

  1. To begin, select the switch icon on the exercise level. This can be done by hovering over the exercise in the builder or clicking directly on the exercise (see below).

Selecting "switch" from the block overview

Selecting "switch" from the selected exercise

2. On the pop-up select the new exercise you would like to switch to.

Please note: the workflow has been updated so coaches will choose where to apply this switch on the next screen. We will highlight this below.

3. Next, make any prescription updates for your new exercise. Parameters, prescriptions, and the number of sets can all be adjusted.

4. It's important to note if the initial exercise has a note this same note will carry over to the switched exercise. Please make sure to update the note if relevant.

5. Lastly, select if this switch should be applied in other instances. The switch can be applied to just a single instance, the day, the week, specific phases, or the whole program.

6. Once everything is set, click yes to apply the switch.

7. The exercise will then be switched and the prescriptions updated.

Do you want to just update prescriptions across a week, phase or program but keep the exercise the same? Check out this article
