Adding your first block to a new program can be a bit overwhelming. We're here to help you get started.
If you're building a new program the builder will load blank with just one workout day. This is where we will add our first block.
Select "Add Block". You will see a list of block options to create. We're going to select a Superset.
Next, type in the name of your block and click enter.
Our exercise pop-up will appear where you can select the exercises you'd like in this block. As you select exercises they will be listed on the right.
You can always add more or remove these exercises.
These exercises will load to block and you can set the prescriptions/parameters.
If you need to update the parameters, click on the exercise and choose from our list of parameters.
If the default parameter works for you, you can enter in prescriptions directly from the block overview.
