Move workouts between phases

Easily update a program schedule for calendar and playlist programs by moving workouts between phases

Sometimes schedules change or you want to repeat a workout in a new phase, we've got you covered.

From the program calendar, workouts can be copied to other phases for both calendar, playlist, and unassigned programs.

Here's how:

  1. Open the program from the library

2. Click on a workout from the calendar and select "Copy".

3. Select any open spot for the workout to be copied.

Use the dropdown at the top of the calendar to switch phases.

4. The workout will then copy to its new destination.
