Get up to speed with our programming hierarchy by watching this quick 2-minute video.

Programming Hierarchy

Programs:

Think of this as your Macrocycle or an entire season of training. Programs are made up of a combination of phases that cohesively work toward a long-term training goal.

Phases:

Contain weeks of training combined to address a theme for that shorter timeframe. Examples of this would be a foundation or hypertrophy phase consisting of 2-4 weeks of training and progressing exercises by movement pattern or load.

Workouts:

Training days or they can also be considered a single training session. You can build up to 7 workout days in one week

Blocks:

Made up of one or multiple exercises and can be broken up based on the focus of those exercises within the blocks. Some examples include warm-up blocks, strength blocks, conditioning blocks, recovery and regeneration blocks, etc.

Exercises:

We provide over 3,000 exercises! Your exercise library can be expanded by uploading your own custom exercises and videos!
