Please note that the Form Builder may not be available to all packages and certain packages have limitations for the amount of forms created.

The BridgeAtheltic Form Builder allows coaches and practitioners to:

  1. Build forms and questions from scratch

  2. Make edits to an existing form

  3. Send forms directly to athletes or teams for them to fill out on their phone
