Load Progression View is a great way to build your week-to-week progression and increase load easily. We suggest toggling to this view once you have built a few weeks of your programming out to easily progress sets.
To Access this view click on Week View in the top right corner. You will then be able to toggle to Load Progression View.
You can toggle back and forth between these views as you're building based on the work you're doing.
Once you're in this view you will see a single day across all weeks of the phase. In this example, we are looking at Day 1 for all 4 weeks.
You can easily tab through the cells to updates sets. Below we show how to efficiently tab through the sets of Bench Press - Dumbbell across all 4 weeks to increase weight week to week
You can make other adjustments in this view as well such as adding or removing exercises and blocks and updating the workout name.
