Building in Load Progression View

Get an overview of your program by viewing the same day across each week

The Load Progression View is an excellent tool for planning your week-to-week progression and gradually increasing load. We recommend switching to this view after setting up a few weeks of your programming to effortlessly adjust and progress your sets.

To access Load Progression view, select Week View from either the top-right or top-left corner. From there, you can switch to the Load Progression View.

You can toggle back and forth between these views as you're building.

Once you're in this view you will see a single day across all weeks of the phase. In this example, we are looking at Day 1 for all 3 weeks.

You can easily press the Tab key to update sets.
