The Profiles Report in BridgeU allows you to analyse student profile data and gain insights into their subject and country interests. It combines high-level summaries with detailed student-level data to support effective advising.
Accessing the Profiles Report
To view the report, navigate to the Analytics section from the main menu and click on the Profiles tab.
Using Filters you can refine the report using the following filters:
Advisor
Graduation Year
Country
Subject Area
These filters help you focus on specific student groups and get more targeted insights.
Snapshot Overview
The report displays key metrics in snapshot tiles for a quick summary:
Total Students – Total number of students in the report
Students with a Complete Profile – Students who have fully completed their profiles
Country Interests – Total number of country preferences selected
Subject Interests – Total number of subject preferences selected
These tiles below the filters provide an instant overview of engagement and data completeness.
Most Interested (Graph View)
The Most interested section shows a visual breakdown of student preferences.
Displays a bar chart of student interest choices
You will see a graph on the right showing the top 10 most interested choices. You can group the data by Subjects or Countries using the “Group by” dropdown.
This helps you quickly identify the most popular choices among your students.
Student Data Table & Exporting the Report
Below the graph, you’ll find a detailed table displaying student name, student email, country interests, and subject interests.
To download the data, click Export to CSV and view it in your preferred spreadsheet tool.
