Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Applications Report in BridgeU Analytics allows you to track and analyse student application activity. It provides insights into where students are applying, their progress, and overall application trends to support effective advising.

Accessing the Applications Report

To view the report, navigate to the Analytics section from the main menu and click on the Applications tab.

Using Filters

You can refine the report using the following filters:

  • Advisor

  • Graduation Year

  • Country

  • University

  • Application Status

These filters help you focus on specific student groups and analyse application trends more effectively.

Snapshot Overview

The report displays key metrics in snapshot tiles for a quick summary:

  • Total Students- The total number of students in the school database added on BridgeU

  • Applications- The number of unique students who have submitted at least one application.

  • Students With Applications- The total number of applications submitted across students.

  • Offer Rate- The percentage of applications that have received an offer from universities.

Applications Overview (Graph View)

The Applications section provides a visual breakdown of application trends.

  • Displays charts showing application distribution and trends

  • You will see a graph on the right displaying the top 10 most applied choices. The data can be grouped by universities, courses or countries using the “Group by” dropdown.

This helps you quickly identify popular choices and track student progress across different stages.

Student Data Table & Exporting the Report

Below the graph, you will find a detailed table that displays key student information such as student name, student email, university, course, country, deadline type, and more.

This table offers a comprehensive, student-level view of application activity, making it easier to track progress, identify trends, and support personalized advising conversations.

You can customize the table based on your needs by:

  • Clicking on column headers to sort the data

  • Using the Show/Hide Columns option to select or remove specific columns

Once you’ve tailored the view, scroll down to access the full results table.

If you need to export the data, simply click on Download the table. You can then open the file in your preferred spreadsheet tool for further analysis and reporting.
