How to manage Plans and Billing in Briink

Managing your Billing and Plans in Briink is easy. Get started by reading this article.

Managing your subscription and billing in Briink is simple, but please note that only workspace Admins have access to these settings.

If you're not sure what role you have, or want to upgrade your own role to Admin, learn about workspace member roles.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings. From your workspace menu, go to Workspace Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Plans page. Here you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, whether moving from Teams to Enterprise or vice versa.

Each subscription will come with a given amount of credits. You can get more credits by adding Seats to your workspace, or by using credits on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Billing and invoices

To manage your billing information, payment method or download your invoices:

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings from your Workspace Name.

  2. Navigate to Billing.

  3. Here, you can view and download invoices, and change payment methods.
