When creating or editing a booking, you can override the price on any experience line item on a per-booking basis. This is useful for VIP clients, custom quotes, or one-off situations where the standard price doesn't apply.
How to Override a Price
New booking: locate the experience line item in the Itinerary Builder. Existing booking: click Edit in the top right, then locate the experience line item.
Click on the price of the line item.
The Edit price and discount modal will open.
Under Edit price, toggle Override on.
Choose your price model — Subtotal or Per person price — and enter the new amount.
Click Save, then click Save again in the top right to confirm.

What Happens When You Override
This does not appear as a discount or add-on.
It updates the price only for that specific booking.
Processing fees and booking fees automatically recalculate.
Ideal for VIP clients, unique situations, or quick on-the-fly adjustments.
If you find yourself overriding often, it may be worth updating the experience configuration.
