When using guide report custom fields that are set to include custom pay, any additional earnings will automatically be added to a guide’s payout. This article shows you where to view those extra payments and how they appear alongside the base payout.

How to View Additional Guide Payments
Go to Guide Payments
This is where all guide payouts are managed and reviewed.Click Submit payments (top right corner)
This opens the payout view where you can process and review payments.Find the relevant booking
Look for the trip where the guide submitted a report with custom fields.Click into the guide’s payment details
This will open a breakdown of the payout for that specific trip.Review the payout breakdown
You’ll see:Base payout (standard guide pay)
Additional payments from custom fields in the guide report
Note: A note can be added when sending payouts, and it will be included with the guide’s payment. This is helpful for adding context or details about the payout.
What to Expect
If a guide selected or triggered any custom fields tied to pay (like a checkbox with added value), those amounts will automatically be included here. This makes it easy to see exactly how their final pay was calculated.
This view gives you a clear breakdown of how guide pay is built—from base rates to any extra earnings. It helps ensure everything is accurate before sending payments and keeps your payout process transparent and easy to manage.
