An experience in a booking can be edited on that booking only. This lets you adjust the name, description, photos, or attached paperwork for one client without changing the experience for anyone else.
This is useful when a client asks for something the standard experience doesn't cover, or for custom trips you quote directly. You can start from a general listing, then edit it on the booking so it reads as the trip you actually sold — for example, renaming it Group Float Trip — 10 people, ABC Company and adjusting What is included, What is not included, and What to bring to match what that group agreed to.
You can do this while creating a booking or on a booking that's already confirmed, so a client request close to the trip can be reflected in what they see.
Edit an experience on a booking
Create a new booking, or open an existing one:
From Bookings — click the booking to open the Manage Booking page.
From the Trip calendar — click the trip, then click Manage Booking in the pop-up.
Scroll to the Itinerary builder. On a new booking, add the experience first.
Under Experiences, click the experience name.
Update the fields you want to change.
Click Save for this item.

What this does not change
