The Payments tab has an Invoice # search box that pulls up a single booking's transactions.
The invoice number and the booking number are the same number in two formats. The Invoice column on the Payments tab shows it as INV-2447080, and the invoice your client receives shows it as #2447080. When a client quotes a number from their invoice, you can search that number directly.
How to search by invoice number
In the left sidebar, under Payments, click Payments. The page opens on Client transactions.
Click the Invoice # box at the far left of the filter bar.
Enter the invoice number.
The table narrows to that booking's transactions. A booking with more than one transaction — a charge and a refund, for example — shows each on its own row.
Click Clear filters to return to the full list.
Good to know
The box accepts numbers only. You cannot type letters into it. If you paste a full value such as INV-2447080, the letters and dash are dropped automatically and the number remains, so pasting works.
Enter the complete number. A partial number returns no results.
The search applies on top of any filters you already have active. If you expect a result and don't see one, click Clear filters and search again.
Click an invoice number in the Invoice column to open that invoice in a new tab.
