Outfitters can check from a trip's detail page in the Brindlechute dashboard whether each guide has submitted their guide report, and open it to review what they entered. Guides submit their own reports in the Guide App — see Completing a Guide Trip Report in the Guide App (Video).
Open the trip
Open the Trip
From Bookings — click Bookings in the left sidebar, select the booking, then click View trip.
From the Trip calendar — click Trip calendar in the left sidebar, click the trip, then click View trip detail in the pop-up.
Scroll down to Manage trip by day. If the trip runs more than one day, select the day at the top.
To the right of each guide, check their report status:
Complete – The guide has submitted their report. Click it to review what they entered.
Incomplete – The guide hasn't submitted their report yet. To fill it in for them, click Submit report under the guide's name.
