Guide Payments shows the report status for every guide on every trip. Use it to see all incomplete (unsubmitted) guide reports for a season or any date range in one place, without opening each trip.
See all incomplete guide reports
In the left sidebar, under Payments, click Guide Payments.
Set Trip Date to the start and end dates of your season, or any date range.
Set Report status to Incomplete.
(Optional) Set Guide to see one guide's outstanding reports.
With your filters applied, click Generate, then Export current view.
Good to know
Export current view downloads only the filtered records. Export all and Export by year ignore filters.
