Overview

As a Delegate in BrokerBlocks, you’re empowered to seamlessly manage communications and client engagement on behalf of your team. This role allows you to send personalized touchpoints for realtors within your group ensuring every client interaction stays consistent, timely, and professional. This role also lets you view active Next Best Actions for everyone on your team.


🚀 Unlocking Your Delegate Role

Once you’re granted Delegate access, tap the Delegate icon from the main dashboard to enter your workspace where managing your team becomes seamless and intuitive.

You’ll then be directed to the Delegate view, where you can view your group and select any team member to manage touchpoints or actions on their behalf.

Working with a large group? Use the search bar to instantly find the right team member - no endless scrolling required.


🌟 Managing Your Team Made Simple

After selecting a team member, their main page opens instantly. Your personal control center for overseeing activity and sending personalized touchpoints to their clients with just a few clicks.

From this view, you can easily filter by Phase and Touchpoint, helping you focus on the updates that matter most and send them quickly.

Need to reach a specific client? Head to the Leads section you want to connect with and click Explore to send a Touchpoint you need. Keeping engagement smooth, effortless, and efficient.


💼 Additional Info

Once you’ve finished sending a Touchpoint, you don’t need to start over. Keep the momentum going - the scrollable team menu on the main page lets you switch between team members and send additional Touchpoints with ease.

When you’re done, simply click the Home icon to return to the Delegate view, then select Exit to go back to your main dashboard.
