As a Delegate in BrokerBlocks, you're empowered to manage communications and client engagement on behalf of your team — seamlessly and at scale. This role lets you send hyper-personalized touchpoints for any realtor in your group, view active Next Best Actions for everyone on your team, and keep client interactions consistent, timely, and professional.

Once you've been granted Delegate access, tap the Delegate icon from the main dashboard to enter your workspace.

You'll land in the Delegate view — your control center for viewing the group and selecting any team member to manage their touchpoints or actions.

Working with a large team? Use the search bar to instantly find the right team member — no endless scrolling required.

After selecting a team member, their main page opens instantly — giving you full visibility into their activity and the ability to send hyper-personalized touchpoints to their clients in just a few clicks.

Use the Phase and Touchpoint filters to quickly zero in on the actions that matter most and send them without delay.

Need to reach a specific client? Head to the Leads section, find the contact you want to engage, and click Explore to send the touchpoint you need — keeping communication smooth, effortless, and efficient.

Once you've finished sending a touchpoint, you don't need to start over. The scrollable team menu on the main page lets you switch between team members instantly and keep sending without breaking your flow.

When you're done, click the Home icon to return to the Delegate view, then select Exit to go back to your main dashboard.

The Delegate role gives your team the coverage it needs without losing the personal touch that clients expect. By empowering Delegates with these tools, your team stays organized, responsive, and consistent — driving stronger client relationships and smoother day-to-day operations.
