How to Customize Your Profile

Set Yourself Up for Success in BrokerBlocks

After verifying your email and logging into BrokerBlocks, the next step is setting up your profile. This is crucial for ensuring your follow-ups are professional, personalized, and consistent with your brand.

Customizing your profile not only powers all your communication, including branded Touch Points, but also helps maintain team-wide consistency. Taking a few minutes to update your information will ensure your messages are polished and connect more effectively with leads and clients.


✅ What You’ll Be Asked to Complete During Onboarding

Once you accept your invite, BrokerBlocks will guide you through an onboarding flow covering key setup steps. You can also update your profile settings anytime by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of your account.


🧑 Personal Info

Make sure your contact details are accurate, especially:

  1. CRM Phone Number: This should match the number you use to call and text leads. Your team may require this to match your CRM so BrokerBlocks can sync your communication history.

  2. Notification Number (optional): Want alerts sent to a different number? You can set that here.

  3. Timezone & Postal Code: These help ensure your Touch Points and calendar scheduling are accurate.

  4. Agent Signature: You can draw your signature, choose from preset handwritten fonts, or upload your own file. Your signature will be included on all branded content you send.




🏢 Company Info

Depending on your team settings, certain fields may be locked to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all agents on the team.

  1. Logo: Add your logo if it's not already added by your team.

  2. Company Name & Website: Pre-filled with your team’s information and editable if not locked.

  3. Group Review Links: If the box is checked, your profile will use the group’s shared review links. If it’s unchecked, your personal review links (added below) will be used instead.

  4. Google Business Reviews: If you're not using your team's business page, you can search for your own page, by name, in this field. A dropdown will appear with matching results—simply select your profile, and the link will populate automatically.

  5. Zillow Reviews: While many teams track agent reviews under a shared team profile, we recommend adding your personal Zillow link below. This ensures your individual reviews are featured by default in your Presentations and Touch Points.

📝 Pro Tip: If you’re a newer agent, pulling reviews from your team’s main page is a great way to start building trust while you collect your own!


🔗 Personal Contact Links

Add your social profiles so leads can connect with you on multiple platforms:

  • Zillow

  • LinkedIn

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • X (Twitter)

We’ve pre-filled the URLs for each social site; all you need to do is add your profile ID. Once added, these links will appear throughout your presentations and branded content.


🔔 Notification Preferences

Choose your preferred notification method—SMS, email, or both—to receive updates and reminders for the following notification types.

  1. Allow SMS Notifications: To enable the SMS notification preferences below, please authorize BrokerBlocks to send you text messages.

  2. Appointment Reminders: Receive an SMS before your appointments tracked in BrokerBlocks.

  3. Appointment Cancellations: Get notified when an appointment is canceled so you can focus on your next task.

  4. Pre-Appointment Insights: Receive a text with client details and an icebreaker to help build rapport before your meeting.

  5. NBA Follow-Up Reminders: Get notified if an NBA hasn’t been actioned, ensuring your warm leads stay engaged.

  6. Closing Day Reminders: Stay on top of your client’s milestones and high-priority Touch Points with reminders on closing day.

  7. Add Note in CRM: Enable the "New NBA Available" option to push notes directly into your CRM when a Touch Point is recommended.


🔐 Change My Password

Protecting your BrokerBlocks account starts with strong password practices. Your password is the first line of defense in keeping your personal information, lead data, and team insights secure. Use a unique, complex password and avoid reusing credentials from other accounts.

  • Change Password: If you’re using Google SSO, you may not need this, but it’s available if you want to update your password.


⚙️ Settings

  1. SMS Consent: This setting is required if you want to receive text notifications from BrokerBlocks. Check the box to confirm you consent to receiving SMS messages.

  2. Google Integration: We highly recommend connecting your Google account to sync your calendar, track lead engagement, and enable single sign-on (SSO). You can connect or disconnect your Google account anytime from this section.

  3. Delete Account: This is where you can fully remove your profile. (Heads up: this action is permanent!)


🔄 Can I Edit My Profile Later?

Absolutely! If you missed something during onboarding or just want to make a quick update, you can access and edit your profile anytime from the settings menu.
