How to Customize Your Profile

Set Yourself Up for Success in BrokerBlocks

Once your email is verified and you’re logged into BrokerBlocks, it’s time to personalize your profile. This step ensures every follow-up is polished, personal, and perfectly aligned with your brand.

Your profile powers all communication, including branded Touchpoints, while helping maintain consistency across your team. A few quick updates now unlock more professional messaging and stronger connections with every lead and client.


What You’ll Complete During Onboarding

After accepting your invite, BrokerBlocks guides you through a streamlined onboarding flow that covers the essential setup steps. You can revisit and update your profile at any time by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of your account.


🧑 Personal Info

Set up the details that power your communication:

  1. CRM Phone Number

    Use the same number you call and text leads with. This often needs to match your CRM so BrokerBlocks can properly sync your communication history.

  2. Notification Number (Optional)

    Prefer alerts on a different number? Set it here.

  3. Timezone and Postal Code

    These ensure Touchpoints, timing, and calendar scheduling stay perfectly aligned.

  4. Agent Signature

    You can either draw your signature, choose from elegant handwritten fonts, or upload your own file. Your signature is automatically applied to all branded messages you send.


🏢 Company Info

Keep your branding polished and consistent. Depending on your team settings, some fields may be locked to ensure unified messaging across all agents.

  1. Logo

    Add your logo if it hasn’t already been applied by your team.

  2. Company Name and Website

    Pre-filled with your team’s information and editable unless locked by your team lead.

  3. Group Review Links

    When enabled, your profile uses the team’s shared review links. When disabled, your personal review links entered below will be used instead.

  4. Google Business Reviews

    If you’re not using your team’s business page, search for your own Google Business Profile by name in the search field. Select it from the dropdown, and the link will populate automatically.

  5. Zillow Reviews

    Even if your team tracks reviews under a shared profile, we recommend adding your personal Zillow link. This ensures your individual reviews appear by default in your Presentations and Touchpoints.

🔗 Personal Contact Links

Make it easy for leads to connect with you everywhere you show up online.

  1. Supported Platforms

    Add your profiles for Zillow, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

  2. Fast Setup

    We’ve pre-filled each platform’s URL. Simply add your profile ID to complete the link.

  3. Automatic Visibility

    Once saved, your social links appear across your presentations and all branded BrokerBlocks content, reinforcing trust and credibility at every touchpoint.

Choose how you’d like to stay informed. Enable SMS, email, or both to receive real-time updates and reminders across key moments in your workflow.

    Receive pre-appointment insights with client context and AI-powered talking points to help you build rapport.

  • Unactioned Next Best Actions

    Get notified when a recommended Next Best Action hasn’t been taken, helping you keep warm leads engaged.

  • Closing Day Notifications

    Stay on top of key milestones with reminders tied to closing day.

  • Touchpoint Reactions

    Be alerted when a lead engages with your Touchpoints.

  • Highly Engaged Leads

    Get notified when a lead shows strong engagement signals.

🧠 CRM Writeback Notifications

    Enable this option to automatically add a note in your CRM when a new Next Best Action is generated.

    Pin key AI notes directly into BoldTrail for clear visibility and record keeping.


🔐 Change My Password

Keep your BrokerBlocks account secure with strong password practices. Your password is the first layer of protection for your personal details, lead data, and team insights. We recommend using a unique, complex password and avoiding reuse from other platforms.

Change Password

If you signed in using Google SSO, you may not need to update a password. This option is available if you’d like to set or change one at any time.


⚙️ Settings

Fine-tune how BrokerBlocks works for you.

Global SMS Consent

Required to receive BrokerBlocks SMS notifications. Enable this to confirm your consent. All leads have already consented to SMS.

Google Integration

To deliver personalized recommendations and deeper lead insights, connecting your Google account allows BrokerBlocks to securely ingest emails associated with your leads.

Your privacy comes first. Email data is stored and managed using industry-leading security standards, and you remain in full control at all times. You can manage or disconnect your Gmail account whenever you choose.

Delete Account

Need to remove your profile? This option permanently deletes your account. Please note, this action cannot be undone.

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel the entire subscription. To fully cancel, please contact the BrokerBlocks Member Success Team or email help@brokerblocks.com.


🔄 Can I Edit My Profile Later?

Yes. Your profile is always editable. Update or refine your information anytime from the Settings menu to keep your BrokerBlocks experience current and on brand.
