Before reaching out to real leads, practice with Training Leads β€” a safe space to test Touchpoints and get familiar with the workflow.

  • Find Training Leads directly on your Dashboard

  • Send messages to yourself via email and phone to see the exact client experience

  • Test, tweak, and build confidence before going live


✏️ How to Send Your First Touchpoint

Head to your Dashboard to view your leads and the Next Best Actions (NBAs) BrokerBlocks recommends to move each conversation forward.

You have two options:

  • Review Touchpoint β€” send it immediately without any edits

  • Edit Touchpoint β€” customize the message and add additional details before sending


πŸ“ Edit the Details of Your Touchpoint

Click Edit Touchpoint to personalize or update each slide to match your tone and the conversation. When you're ready:

  • Click Continue in the footer to open your delivery options


πŸ“§ Choose How to Send Your Touchpoint

Fine-tune your message by editing the subject and body, then choose your delivery method:

  • Choose SMS, Email, or both based on how you connect with the contact

  • Preview the Touchpoint in real time using the panel on the right

  • Send directly from BrokerBlocks or through your connected CRM, such as Follow Up Boss


πŸ’¬ Copy & Forward via Follow Up Boss

If you're using Follow Up Boss, click Copy & Forward via FUB and choose whether to send email first or proceed directly through FUB.

After selecting your preferred option, you'll be taken to a screen where you can copy the message to your clipboard, then paste it into the appropriate SMS tool in FUB to send.

After sending a Touchpoint, tracking your activity is quick and easy.

  • Browse or use the search bar on the left to find and select a lead

  • Once selected, the Touchpoint History widget appears, showing recent messages and engagement at a glance
