How to change your account settings

Account updates.

There are several things you can do in account settings:

  1. Notification settings

  2. Company information

  3. Zillow and Google review links

  4. Social media links

  5. Manage SMS consents

  6. Add or update company logo, profile picture, and signature

  7. Delete your account

Start here

  1. To access your account settings page, log in to your BrokerBlocks account. If you uploaded a profile picture upon creating your account, locate your profile picture on the top right of the menu bar. If you didn't upload a picture, just look for the avatar in the top right hand corner.

Click on it and select "My Account."

The first section is the 'ACCOUNT' section.

Look through your details to see if they are all correct.

If any adjustments are needed, now is an excellent time to make them.

Notifications

Here, you can manage how and when BrokerBlocks sends you notifications.

Toggle the buttons to consent to notifications via SMS and receive information about your lead from the Rapport builder.

Company Info

Provide details such as your company name, website, and links to your Google and Zillow reviews.

Social Media

Share links to your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Zillow accounts.

Manage SMS Consents

Consent for BrokerBlocks to automatically allow you to send touchpoints as an SMS without having to consent for each lead individually.

Important: By enabling this toggle button, you confirm that you have verbal or written consent from all your prospects to receive SMS.

Tick the box, “I confirm”, if you’ve gotten consent from your prospects and clients to receive sms.

Click 'Ok' to save your preferences.

Profile Images and Signature

Upload your company logo, headshot, and signature.

These images will help personalize your client interactions and will show up on your touchpoints.

Important: Don't lose all your updates! Scroll to the end of the page, click the "Update" button to save all your changes.
