When you join BrokerBlocks, our onboarding team will verify your agent roster and set up your team account for you. There’s no need to manually send invites or configure permissions—we’ve got it covered.
📧 To get started, just send your team details to help@brokerblocks.com, or work directly with your BrokerBlocks representative.
👥 What Happens Next
Once your roster is confirmed:
Each team member will receive an invite email from chat@brokerblocks.com
The email contains a secure link to set up their individual profile
After submitting the initial info, they’ll be prompted to verify their email address
✅ Important: Team members must click the link in the verification email before they can continue onboarding.
🔄 Need to Add or Remove a Team Member Later?
No problem! Your team evolves, and your BrokerBlocks account should, too. If you need to:
Add a new agent
Remove a former team member
Update team structure
Just email us at help@brokerblocks.com or reach out to your BrokerBlocks rep. We’ll make the changes quickly on your behalf.
🔐 Team Settings and Permissions
Some elements—like company branding, logos, and shared review links—may be locked by your team lead to keep branding consistent across all agents. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to personalize your individual profile in other ways (like your contact links, photo, and signature).
📩 Pro Tip: Encourage Your Team to Check Spam/Promotions Folders
Some email providers may route setup emails out of the main inbox. Make sure your agents know to check their spam, junk, or promotions tabs if they don’t see their invite.
