How to Invite Your Team to BrokerBlocks

Team Onboarding, Made Effortless

Updated over a month ago

BrokerBlocks is built for teams. Whether you’re scaling a real estate group or supporting a full brokerage, we make it easy to bring everyone onboard, without the usual tech friction or setup stress.

📧 Getting Started

Send your team details to help@brokerblocks.com or connect directly with your BrokerBlocks Member Success Team to get things moving.

🤝 We Handle Initial Team Onboarding for You

Team setup is effortless. When you join BrokerBlocks, our Success team verifies your agent roster and activates your team account, with no manual invites or permission setup required.

Once your account is live, users with the Admin role can also invite and manage team members directly within BrokerBlocks.

How Admins Invite Team Members

  • Go to your Profile Picture > My Account > Invite

  • Click Invite and search for the team member you’d like to add

👥 What Happens Next

Once you’re invited:

  • You’ll receive an invitation email from chat@brokerblocks.com

  • The email includes a secure link to set up your individual profile

  • After submitting your initial details, you’ll be prompted to verify your email address

✅ Important

You must click the link in the verification email to complete onboarding and access BrokerBlocks.

🔄 Need to Remove a Team Member Later?

No problem. Teams evolve, and BrokerBlocks evolves with you. If you need to remove a former team member or update your team structure, just email help@brokerblocks.com or contact your BrokerBlocks Member Success Team. We’ll take care of the updates quickly for you.

🔐 Team Settings and Permissions

To keep branding consistent, certain elements such as company branding, logos, and shared review links may be locked by your team lead. You’ll still have flexibility to personalize your individual profile, including your photo, contact links, and signature.

📩 Pro Tip: Check Spam and Promotions Folders

Some email providers may route setup emails outside the main inbox. Encourage your agents to check their Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders if they don’t see their invite right away.
