How Lead Import Works
BrokerBlocks automatically imports and updates leads every hour. However, leads will only be imported if they meet the lead import rules.
Important: If a lead does not meet the required criteria, it will not be imported, even if your CRM is connected correctly.
Lead Import Requirements
Before troubleshooting, confirm that the lead meets the minimum criteria below.
Minimum Criteria for Import
A lead must meet all of the following requirements:
Has a valid email address
Has had activity within the last 30 days
If importing as a Seller, the lead must include the Seller tag
Includes a complete address (street address, city, and postal code)
Note: These requirements can be bypassed if the lead is tagged as Hot Prospect or BrokerBlocks.
Common Reasons a Lead Isn’t Importing
A lead may fail to import for one or more of the following reasons:
Missing email address or source ID
Lead stage is Closed, Cold, Bad, or Nurture
No activity within the last 30 days
Required tags or address details are missing
