The Next Best Action (NBA) feature takes the guesswork out of follow-up. Instead of manually deciding what to do next, BrokerBlocks analyzes each lead's behavior, status, and interaction history to recommend the most effective next touchpoint — at exactly the right time.
Important: NBAs only populate for leads imported from a CRM.
🧭 Getting Started
To act on an NBA:
Log in to your BrokerBlocks account
From your dashboard, select the NBA card for the lead you'd like to work with
Every NBA card gives you two options: Review Touchpoint to send quickly, or Edit Touchpoint to customize before sending. Some cards also include recommendations from Leia — BrokerBlocks' AI decision engine.
🤖 Meet Leia — Your AI Lead Engagement Engine
Leia (Lead Engagement Intel Agent) is BrokerBlocks' AI engine that determines how and when to engage leads — especially those newly imported from a CRM. It analyzes lead behavior and data to classify interest levels and recommend the most effective next touchpoint.
When no clear recommendation exists, Leia prompts you to take control and choose the first action manually.
Leia logic appears on AI-recommended NBAs. Rule-based NBAs — like Appointment Reminders, which trigger automatically when an appointment is on your Google Calendar — don't include Leia logic.
✏️ Review or Edit a Touchpoint
Use Review Touchpoint when the recommendation looks right and no edits are needed — it lets you quickly confirm and send. Choose Edit Touchpoint to customize specific slides or add additional context before sending.
❌ Dismissing an NBA
The X button in the top-right corner of an NBA card lets you permanently dismiss it. Use this when you've moved on to a different engagement stage and no longer need that recommendation.
Important: Dismissing an NBA cannot be undone. Once dismissed, it will not reappear.
