Understanding BrokerBlocks' Next Best Action Feature

The Next Best Action (NBA) feature in BrokerBlocks is designed to optimize lead engagement through personalized recommendations. This ensures that your actions are always aligned with the lead's current status and needs, making your outreach efforts both efficient and impactful.


Important: NBAs will only populate for leads imported from a CRM.

🧭 Getting started


1. Log into your BrokerBlocks account
​2. Select the NBA of the specific lead you would like to work with


Every NBA card includes options to Review the recommended touchpoint and Edit the touchpoint.

Some also include recommendations from Leia, the Lead Engagement Intel Agent.

​​💡 Leia is BrokerBlocks’ AI decision engine that determines how and when to engage new leads, especially those imported from a CRM. It analyzes lead behavior and data to classify interest levels and recommends the most effective next touchpoint. When no clear recommendation exists, Leia prompts the agent to take control and choose the first action manually.


For Leia logic, it is given on NBAs recommended by AI. Rule-Based NBAs do not have it.


📌 A rule based example would be Appointment Reminder. It comes up because there is an appointment scheduled on their Google Calendar with their lead


✏️ Review or Edit Touchpoint

Use Review Touchpoint when no edits are needed. It lets you quickly review the touchpoint and proceed with sending it. Otherwise, click on Edit Touchpoint to edit certain slides or add additional info.



The 'X' button at the card's top right allows you to dismiss the card permanently, ensuring it doesn't reappear once you've moved on to a different engagement stage.

Important: When you click the 'X' to dismiss the NBA it will not be able to be undone.
