We're beta testing this feature right now. You won't see it in your back office unless you're part of the test group.
Your stock is evolving every day, either because you just received an order or after taking inventory. You need to be able to adjust the current stock manually for each webshop item.
To do so:
Go to Product > Webshop
Click on the corresponding object
Go to the "Inventory" tab
Click on the stock adjustment for the corresponding variant
The stock adjustment works so that you add or remove stock from the existing stock
For example: My current stock is 9, if I indicate 1, my new stock will be 10.
To add stock, just write the number to add
To remove stock, indicate "-" and then the number of stock to remove, with no space between "-" and the number
For example: I want to remove 10 items out of my stock, I have to write -10
If you have variants, you can do your different stock adjustments
Then click on "Update inventory" to save your changes
