Access Control refers to the different tools available on bsport that allow you to manage who can access your studio. The overall logic of Access Control is the same across all tools; however, there are two ways for your members to gain access:

Manual Entry

Manual entry is designed for studios without automatic doors but with staff at the reception desk to welcome members. The staff can use a barcode scanner to retrieve member information and decide whether to grant access.

Auto Entry

Auto entry is designed for studios equipped with automatic doors and typically operating without staff at the reception. The process is fully automated: members simply click to open the door, and the system determines whether they are allowed to enter.

Auto entry is currently in beta testing and not yet available to all clients.

Let's get started

Let's see how to set up Access Control based on the type of entry you've selected.
