New Branded App — Member Profile

What members can do from their profile in the Branded App.

Members get to their profile from the top left of the homepage — it's their go-to spot for managing personal info, payment details, subscriptions, and account settings. Anything they update here automatically syncs back to the studio's back office.

The profile page

At the top, members see their name and profile photo. Right below that sits a row of quick-access tiles for getting to the most-used sections fast.

What it's for

Door access

Lets members scan to check in at the studio using their phone

Purchases

Shows past passes, subscriptions, and remaining credits. Tapping into a subscription shows more detail, with the option to cancel or update the payment method

Invoices

Shows the member's invoices — and any outstanding ones can be paid right from here

Access control

Opens the studio's access control integration, if the studio uses one

Refer friends

Gives members their personal referral link to share — only shows up if the studio has referrals turned on

Profile settings

Further down, members can:

  • Upload or update their profile photo (syncs to the back office)

  • Edit their personal info — name, contact details, and more (also syncs automatically)

  • Update their password

  • View the studio's terms and conditions

  • Log out

  • Delete their account permanently
